Terms of use

Terms for the Keryx mobile application.

Effective 20 September 2026. Copyright © 2026 Source Control.

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Keryx, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

  • Source Control grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Keryx on devices you control.
  • Keryx is free. There is no Keryx account, checkout, subscription, or in-app purchase.
  • A site QR configures connectivity and selected alert categories. It does not purchase or unlock paid content.

3. Eligibility

Keryx is intended for adult site administrators. It is not designed for children.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • misuse Keryx to harass, spoof, or disrupt site services;
  • attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls;
  • redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where mandatory law allows;
  • represent Keryx as a guaranteed emergency, medical, or life-safety system.

5. Delivery limitations

Alert delivery depends on device power, network, notification permission, Focus modes, battery policies, and the site service. Notifications are supplemental. They are not a substitute for on-site procedures.

6. Third-party infrastructure

Site services and push hosts are operated outside this app. Their availability and configuration are the responsibility of the organization that runs the site.

7. Intellectual property

Keryx and related materials are owned by Source Control or its licensors. Third-party marks remain with their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keryx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Source Control is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for missed or delayed alerts arising from device, network, OS, or site-service conditions. Liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law remains.

10. Termination

You may stop using Keryx at any time by uninstalling it. Source Control may stop distributing updates consistent with store and contractual rules.

11. Changes

Source Control may update these terms. The version at this URL controls.

12. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in light of applicable law and mandatory user protections, including Greek and European Union rules where they apply.
